This Privacy Policy applies to the Trigunatmika mobile application available on Android (Google Play Store) and iOS (Apple App Store), as well as related web services managed by Trigunatmika Atelierr Pvt. Ltd., having its registered studio at Urban Square Mall, 4th Floor, Office No.- 404, Gaurav Path, Udyog Vihar, Sukher, Udaipur, Rajasthan 313001, India.

The App serves as a private, authenticated workspace facilitating architectural design review, 2D/3D blueprint access, site visit coordination, site marking verification, milestone tracking, and direct collaboration between verified studio clients and their assigned project architects.

By installing, accessing, or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, processing, and handling of your information as described herein.

We collect only the information strictly necessary to provide project management and architectural collaboration services. We categorize collected information as follows:

A. Information You Provide to Us Directly

• Account Details: Full name, official email address, mobile telephone number, encrypted password, and unique studio activation / project invitation code provided by Trigunatmika studio administrators.
• Profile Information: Optional profile picture, designation, or organizational affiliation.
• Project Records & Notes: Site visit observations, site marking requests, drawing revision notes, material preferences, and payment milestone tracking references.
• Files, Drawings & Documents: Photos, PDF reports, CAD blueprints, drawing revisions, and site progress documentation uploaded by you or your project team.
• In-App Chat & Communications: Messages, queries, and file attachments exchanged within designated project chat rooms.

B. Information Collected Automatically During App Usage

• Location Data (Foreground Only): Your geographic coordinates (GPS latitude and longitude) are accessed only at the precise moment you record a site visit or submit a site marking request. This geo-tag confirms physical presence at the construction or architectural site. The App never tracks your location continuously in the background.
• Session & Authentication State: Secure, encrypted authentication tokens stored locally on your device to keep you safely signed in.
• Push Notification Tokens: Device registration tokens (such as Firebase Cloud Messaging tokens) enabling delivery of real-time project alerts, drawing updates, and messages.
• Device & Diagnostic Diagnostics: Device model, operating system version, app build version, and crash diagnostic logs used solely to resolve software bugs and improve app stability.

All collected information is used strictly to fulfill our contractual and professional commitments to you. Specific purposes include:

• Account Authentication & Security: Creating, maintaining, and authenticating user accounts, and verifying project activation codes to prevent unauthorized access.
• Architectural Project Delivery: Displaying project portfolios, 2D/3D drawings, blueprint revisions, design specifications, and construction milestone schedules.
• Site Visit & Marking Documentation: Recording and geo-verifying site inspections, site marking requests, and on-site architect observations with date, time, and location stamps.
• Client-Architect Collaboration: Enabling secure in-app messaging, revision feedback, and instant document sharing between clients and the studio.
• Billing & Milestone Transparency: Showing project payment status, stage milestones, and financial progress records as agreed in the architectural agreement.
• Service Notifications: Sending push notifications and SMS/email alerts regarding drawing releases, site visit reports, and critical project deadlines.
• Customer Support & System Improvement: Resolving technical issues, debugging app crashes, and optimizing system performance.

To enable specific operational features, the Trigunatmika mobile app may request the following device permissions. Each permission is requested with a clear in-app prompt and is used exclusively for the designated feature:

You can grant or revoke any of these device permissions at any time via your device's Settings > Apps > Trigunatmika > Permissions.

We maintain strict confidentiality over all client and architectural data. Information is shared strictly under the following defined parameters:

• Authorized Project Participants: Project drawings, site visit records, marking requests, and chat communications are shared solely with the parties linked to that project: the verified client, assigned architects/engineers, and studio administrative staff.
• Studio Administrative Moderation: Studio administrators have access to project workspaces to oversee execution, verify drawings, ensure professional standards, and edit or moderate chat messages when required for project accuracy.
• Trusted Cloud Infrastructure Providers: We work with reputable cloud hosting, database, and notification service providers (e.g., Google Cloud Platform / Firebase) that store encrypted app data and deliver push notifications. These partners process data strictly on our instructions and are legally bound by strict confidentiality and data protection obligations.
• Legal & Regulatory Compliance: We will disclose information only when compelled to do so by applicable Indian law, court order, or valid governmental subpoena.

We implement rigorous organizational and technical security measures designed to safeguard your data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure:

• Encryption in Transit: All communications between the mobile app, web platform, and cloud servers are encrypted using modern HTTPS and Transport Layer Security (TLS 1.2 / 1.3).
• Encryption at Rest: Cloud databases and file storage holding sensitive drawings, files, and account credentials employ industry-standard encryption algorithms (such as AES-256).
• Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Access to project information is compartmentalized. Clients cannot view other clients' projects, and architects only have access to projects to which they are officially assigned.
• Credential Protection: Passwords are never stored in plain text; they are hashed using secure cryptographic standards.

We retain personal and project records for as long as your account is active and for the duration of the contracted architectural project. Following project completion:

• We maintain architectural drawings, site inspection logs, and structural records as required by professional architectural standards, building warranty requirements, and legal compliance under applicable Indian laws.
• Non-essential temporary logs, session cache files, and crash diagnostics are periodically purged.
• If you close or request deletion of your account, personal contact details and authentication credentials are deleted in accordance with Section 8 below.

In accordance with Google Play Developer Policies and global data protection standards, users have the right to request the deletion of their user account and associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion

You may initiate account and data deletion through either of the following methods:

What Happens Upon Deletion

• Personal Identification Data: Your name, email, phone number, profile image, login credentials, and session tokens are permanently erased from active databases within thirty (30) days of verified request receipt.
• Project Records: As an architectural firm, certain structural drawings, site inspection logs, and billing invoices may be retained in an archived, anonymized format solely where required by professional architectural liability, building safety codes, tax regulations, or active contractual agreements.

The Trigunatmika mobile application and architectural management platform are strictly intended for adult studio clients, registered architects, and professional project collaborators aged 18 and older.

We do not knowingly solicit, collect, or process personal data from children under the age of 18 (or under 13 in relevant international jurisdictions). If we discover that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete such data from our systems immediately. If you believe that a minor has accessed the App, please contact us at support@trigunatmika.in.

Subject to applicable laws (including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 of India), you have the right to:

• Access & Review: View the personal information linked to your profile directly inside the App.
• Rectification: Request correction of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated personal information.
• Revoke Permissions: Disable Camera, Location, Storage, or Notification permissions at any time through your smartphone's operating system settings.
• Data Portability & Erasure: Request an export or deletion of your personal data as outlined in Section 8.
• Opt-Out of Non-Essential Alerts: Manage notification preferences directly in the App or device settings.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect operational changes, new app features, or updated regulatory requirements. When revisions are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised accordingly.

For material modifications that impact how personal data is handled, we will provide noticeable in-app notifications or email notices prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Trigunatmika App following the posting of an updated policy constitutes your agreement to the revised terms.
